Join us for a beautiful walk in Charlottetown!

Charlottetown Support Group for persons living with early stage dementia. The group will meet from 1-2pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

Charlottetown Caregiver Support Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1-2pm, and the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30-6:30pm.

Montague Caregiver Support Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 12:30-2:00pm.

Relaxed and informal group for people living with early stage dementia and their friends and/or family members. Come socialize, have a (or another!) morning coffee or tea, and be in the presence of others who are living a similar journey.

Young Onset Dementia Support Group meets on the 4th Thursday of every month from 6:00pm-7:00pm. In-person (Charlottetown) and virtual options are available.
