  - LATE-NCLimbic-predominant age-related TDP-43 encephalopathy (or LATE-NC) is the most recently identified form of dementia, noted for its close similarity to Alzheimer’s.

Join us for a morning of gardening and honour persons living with dementia with our Memory Rock Garden.

Join us for a morning of fun gardening as we create a Memory Rock Garden with beautiful flowers and painted rocks in honour of persons living with dementia. Paint a rock in honour of someone in your life, or get your hands dirty to plant a flower!

Some flowers are being donated, but if you have flowers or plants that you want to donate, please bring them along! Light refreshments will be available for you to enjoy.

This event is a dementia-friendly and senior-friendly environment, and we welcome all persons living with dementia, caregivers, family and friends, healthcare professionals, and the public to join in on the fun!
