  - LATE-NCLimbic-predominant age-related TDP-43 encephalopathy (or LATE-NC) is the most recently identified form of dementia, noted for its close similarity to Alzheimer’s.

Join us for an afternoon of creativity and social connection with painting and planting!

Join us for an afternoon of pottery painting with local artist Sophie Burns, who is passionate about the healing potential of art. We’ll come together to paint, chat, and relax. All experience levels are welcome. Bring the summer vibes into your home with a beautifully decorated pot! Plus get your hands dirty by planting a flower or vegetable seed in your newly painted pot to show some love at home.

Supplies provided but limited. Feel free to bring your own pot if you’d like! Registration is required to secure your spot.

This event is a dementia-friendly and senior-friendly environment, and we welcome all persons living with dementia, caregivers, family and friends, healthcare professionals, and the public to join in on the fun!
