The York Region #IGWalkforAlz will be held Saturday May 25th, 2024 at Lake Wilcox, Oak Ridges Community Centre in support of York Region residents impacted by dementia. You can create a team or register individually and make sure to tell us who you are walking for!
All money raised in York Region during the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's stays in the community to help the Alzheimer Society of York Region (AS York) deliver vital programs and services to those living with the disease and their families.
We challenged participants to be as creative as possible and have fun! Every step you take will help people living with dementia, their care partners, and their families in York Region know that they do not walk on this journey alone.
