First Link® Memory Café

The First Link® Memory Café Program on Zoom is a collaborative program run by Mosaic Home Care and Alzheimer Society York Region for those living with memory issues and their caregivers.

Finding Your Way® helps people living with dementia, their families, caregivers and communities to recognize the risk of going missing, be prepared for incidents of going missing, and ensure that people with dementia can live safely in the community. For people with dementia, every step counts.

To register for all programs call our offices at 905.597.7000 or [email protected] or [email protected] if you need more information. A Zoom link for the program will be sent once you have completed the registration.
