Alzheimer Society of York Region

This is a three-week education session. Week 1 – When Care Needs Are Increasing; Week 2 – Long Term Care Decisions; Week 3 – Transitioning Care Roles. Upcoming Dates Thursdays April 8, 15 and 22 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Support groups allow people to connect with those going on a similar journey to get understanding, advice and a listening ear.
