First Steps is a four-part education series for caregivers, which includes: Session 1 – What is Dementia?; Session 2 – Adapting to Brain Changes; Session 3 – Planning Ahead Session; 4 – Building a Circle of Support. The program runs Mondays April 26 to May 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
