First Link® connects people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias to their local Alzheimer Society and other community resources as early in the disease process as possible. 

MedicAlert® Safely Home®

, ® Safely Home®MedicAlerta program developed by the Alzheimer Society of Canada in partnership with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, helps police find people with dementia who are missing and return them home safely.



The Alzheimer Society of Belleville-Hastings-Quinte will guide you and your family through referrals to appropriate community services, such as respite and personal care
