Kay Stafford Care Partner Education Day

Hastings – Prince Edward

On Friday November 18th, 2022 - The Alzheimer Society of Hastings-Prince Edward will once again be hosting the much loved "Kay Stafford Care Partner Education Day" in Quinte West!

This event will be hosted at the Trenton Senior Citizen Club 105 on Bay St. The day will run from 9:30 am until 3:30 pm with a break for lunch. All attendees must pre-register by calling 613-962-0892.

Topics and speakers for the day will include: Long Term Care; nutrition; activities to engage ourselves and the person living with dementia; benefits and resources from Service Canada; ambiguous loss and grief and more.

This will be a mask-friendly event. We will host a staggered lunch that can be enjoyed inside (designated eating area) or in your vehicle.

This initiative would not be possible without financial support from the Kay Stafford Memorial Fund from the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
