Kathryn Kimmins, a Holistic Practitioner since 2000, delivers through spiritual guidance, the most powerful medicine there is, laughter. As a Certified Laughter Yoga teacher, Kathryn understands how laughter can be used to heal the body, mind and spirit."
No experience required. No yoga meets needed. We will be seated in chairs.
