A safe place for people experiencing vascular dementia to share their experience and receive support.

Register online or call our office at 905-687-3914. Registration closes February 6, 2025.

This six-session facilitated support group is designed for care partners of people living with vascular dementia. The intent of this program is to offer a place where care partners of people living with vascular dementia can access support and engage socially.

Please note

Our building is still open while the Linhaven property is under construction but visitor parking may be limited. Visitors may need to park in the lot at the back of Linhaven. Please note that this is approximately a 5-minute walk to the ASNR building.
