This is a three-week education session. Week 1 – When Care Needs Are Increasing; Week 2 – Long Term Care Decisions; Week 3 – Transitioning Care Roles. Upcoming Dates Thursdays April 8, 15 and 22 from 1 to 3 p.m.

This group is based out of Keswick and is now virtual.

This year's Forget-Me-Not Breakfast takes place Saturday, April 24 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and features Dr. Sharon Cohen from the Toronto Memory Program. Dr. Cohen's will share the latest updates in research and will follow her discussion with a Q&A.

This is a new group for teens caring for someone living with dementia.

This four-week session includes topics: What is dementia?; Adapting to brain changes; Planning Ahead; and Building a circle of support.

The First Link® Memory Café Program on Zoom is a collaborative program run by Mosaic Home Care and AS York for those living with memory issues and their caregivers.

This is a new group for caregivers whose person is in long-term care.
