Young Onset Dementia Care Partner Group

This online facilitated group is intended to connect people who are caring for a person living with Young Onset Dementia (dementia diagnosed prior to age 65).

Please register online.

An invite will be sent to you by email with instructions on how to join us via Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month (until March 27, 2024) from 7:00 - 8:30 pm.

This online facilitated group is intended to connect people who are caring for a person living with Young Onset Dementia (dementia diagnosed prior to age 65). The intent of the program is to offer a place where care partners of people living with Young Onset Dementia can access support and engage socially.
