Community Week is a series of events across the province. Join us to learn more about living well with dementia and local resources available to help.

This is a free event, but due to limited space registration is strongly encouraged. This event will also be live streamed for those who can't attend one of our in-person Community Week events. Register here.

Join us on September 24 for presentations from people in your community to learn more about living well with dementia and local resources available to help. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. to browse tables of community resources with presentations beginning at 2:00 p.m.

This event will be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend one of our in-person Community Week events.
