Community Week is a series of events across the province. Join us to learn more about living well with dementia and local resources available to help.

This is a free event, but due to limited space registration is required. Register here.

Join us on September 21 for presentations from people in your community to learn more about living well with dementia and local resources available to help. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. to browse tables of community resources with presentations beginning at 2:15 p.m.
