Thinking about a locating device?
Six in ten people with dementia become lost at some point, often without warning. The Finding Your Way® technology website has been developed to help families understand the options that are available in Canada and provides them with information to help the decision-making process.
Ethical and Practical Considerations
The balance between independence and safety is important for a person living with dementia. Locating technologies can provide the person living with dementia, their families, and care partners peace-of-mind while improving personal freedom and safety.
