Join us for our Halifax Regional Municipality Community Week event, supporting people affected by dementia where they live, work and play.

This is a free event, but pre-registration is encouraged. Register here.

Community Week is a week-long series of events held province-wide. These events aim to provide education on dementia-related topics, Alzheimer Society programs and services and other community resources to help individuals on their dementia journey. These events will increase awareness of dementia and Dementia Friendly Communities.

Join us on September 21 for presentations from people in your community to learn more about living well with dementia and local resources available to help. Doors will open at 2:00 p.m. to browse tables of community resources with presentations beginning at 2:30 p.m.

This event will also be live streamed province-wide for those who can't make it to one of our community week events in person!
