The Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia's Dementia Helpline provides an opportunity for confidential one-on-one support, information, education, and referral specific to individual needs and circumstances. This service is provided by caring and knowledgeable staff and is available province-wide to individuals living with dementia, care partners, family and friends, and health care providers. If you’d like to speak with us, fill out the form below and someone will follow up with you within five business days.
