The IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s is back and we are waiting for you!

Halifax - Sunday, May 30
Sydney - Sunday, May 30
Truro – Sunday, May 30
Valley – Sunday, May 30

Join us on Sunday, May 30, as we come together virtually for the 2021 IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s to celebrate and remember people affected by dementia.

With COVID-19 still prevalent in our lives, we are excited to take the Walk back online but with a new twist.

The team at the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia want to make your decision to register for the Walk an easy one so we have created WALK YOUR WAY IN MAY!

Here’s how it works: Register now and begin fundraising. Pick a date in May that works for you and your team, then pick an activity that suits you. Do a 5km walk around your neighbourhood, have a family dance party in your living room or walk 17,000 steps for the 17,000 Nova Scotians living with dementia. But remember to just have fun!

Then join us on May 30 for a virtual wrap-up celebration!

By raising funds for the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia, you will provide vital programs and services to people affected by dementia and enable research into the causes of and cures for the disease.

So, visit, rally your team and begin your 2021 adventure.

We hope to see you online, Sunday, May 30, 2021!

We participate for our moms and dads, partners, siblings, grandparents, friends, colleagues, and the entire dementia community. We do this for the ones we love, the ones who have made a difference in our lives, and the ones we have lost.
