Our annual event for people living with dementia and their care partners.

On Saturday, April 13, join us either in-person or virtually from the comfort of your home for our annual Early Stage Forum!

We'll hear about ways to overcome stigma and what others are doing to live well with dementia.

Light refreshments will be provided following the event from 12:00 - 1:00 PM for those attending in person.

Due to limited capacity, in-person seating is reserved for people living with dementia and a care partner. We invite anyone to view the livestream or recording. Please let us know if any accessibility accommodations are required.

A virtual livestream option ensures everyone interested can take part. A recording of the event will be made available to all who have registered.
