Dementia webinar | Care at home: Caregiver stories

Join us to hear from two experienced caregivers who will share their experiences and learning on their dementia journey as they supported their person at home. We will also hear from a gerontologist caregiver coach from the Family Caregivers of BC support team who will share beneficial caregiver resources and discuss the importance of creating a circle of care/support system for the caregiver.
