Minds in Motion® is a fitness and social program featuring gentle exercises followed by social activities designed for pairs to enjoy together. Now open for registration.

What is Minds in Motion^®?
Minds in Motion^® is a fitness and social program for people living with any form of early-stage dementia to attend with a family member, friend or other care partner.

Gentle exercises are followed by social activities designed to be enjoyed in pairs. Care partners must attend. Registration fees include the cost of the person living with dementia and one care partner.

Date and time: Seven Wednesdays, September 9 to November 4, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Cost: $60 per pair for seven sessions.

*No sessions September 30 and October 7, 2026.
