Join Dr. Juanita-Dawne Bacsu for an exploration of aging and living well with dementia in rural communities. Dr. Bacsu is a Canada Research Chair(CRC) Tier II in Nursing and Population Health and an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at Thompson Rivers University. Her research focuses on how where people live, work and age affects their health, especially in rural communities. In this lecture-style webinar, participants will:
- Learn about the role of dementia stigma and innovative ways to address it in rural communities.
