NexGen Hearing

We love our clients. Our mission is to deliver with passion and an exceptional client experience that meets their hearing and communication needs by providing superior products with care and integrity. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for our patients and their families in a way that is collaborative and respectful of everyone involved. This mission aligns perfectly with the Alzheimer Society of B.C.’s person-centred philosophy, recognizing that all individuals have unique values, personal history and personality and that each person has an equal right to dignity, respect and to fully participate in their hearing health journey. With more than 85,000 British Columbians living with dementia, we strongly support raising funds and coming together with other leaders and community members affected by dementia.

Our goal is to create a safe space for our clients affected by dementia and their family members by developing a better understanding of what they are going through and to learn what communications we can use to better serve them.

As a proud Breakfast to Remember sponsor, we are thrilled to receive customized dementia education for our organization. It’s this crucial learning opportunity for our team to bring forward in our client interactions. These dementia specific communication skills will not only help our clients, but will also support family members and others in our communities. Our wish by educating our staff is this learning will trickle down and influence all those we interact with, enabling us all to be part of the global movement to create dementia-friendly communities.
