The First Link® Dementia Helpline is a province-wide service for people living with dementia, their caregivers, family and friends. The Helpline assists individuals in building the confidence to maintain quality of life when facing dementia. Learn more about the First Link® Dementia Helpline.

Alzheimer Resource Centres

Alzheimer Resource Centres located throughout the province offer information, educational opportunities, support groups and the ability to talk directly with a knowledgeable team member. Books and videos can be viewed on site and a variety of print resources are available to take home. Find your local Alzheimer Resource Centre.
