Join us at the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s, presented by Go Auto — One day of volunteering can make a difference.
On Sunday, May 25, 2025, volunteers across British Columbia will come together to support the the Alzheimer Society of B.C.’s largest annual fundraising event. This meaningful day honours and remembers people affected by dementia, and we’re inviting you to be part of it.
As an event-day volunteer, you’ll contribute to an uplifting community experience while helping raise vital funds and awareness. Whether you prefer welcoming participants, offering refreshments, guiding the walk route, or helping with setup or cleanup, there's a role for every interest and ability.
Locations include: Abbotsford, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Comox Valley, Delta, Kamloops, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Nelson, North Shore, Northern B.C., Oceanside, Richmond, Ridge Meadows, South Okanagan, Surrey/White Rock, Tri-Cities, Vancouver, and Whistler.
Time Commitment
- Online orientation: Wednesday, May 14 | 6:30–8:00 p.m. (via Microsoft Teams)
- Event Day: Sunday, May 25 (times vary by location)
- NOTE: The Delta location is hosting on May 24
