U-First® Training Formats

We offer a variety of formats to meet the needs of health-care staff across British Columbia. Our flexible delivery options ensure everyone can access the training. Learn more about each modality below and find the one that works best for you or your team.

U-First!® in-person workshop information

U-First!® in-person workshop is held at a convenient location for you. The workshop is seven hours, including breaks (lunch not provided).

U-First!® online workshop information

U-First!® virtual workshop takes place online using Zoom. The workshops is seven hours, including breaks.

U-First!® e-Learning course information

U-First!® e-learning course spans over three weeks. It is offered in a blended format with self-paced e-learning modules and discussion forums. Participants will complete weekly activities and attend a live online discussion via Zoom in the third week. This course requires an estimated weekly time commitment of 2 hours.
