U-First® e-Learning Trainings
U-First!® is an innovative and unique training program, based on the PIECES framework, that helps frontline staff to develop a common knowledge base, language, values and approach to caring for people living with dementia and other cognitive impairment.

Below are the U-First!® e-Learning courses available for all Health Authorities. To learn more about each type of training, click here. Click your preferred date below to register for that specific training. Please only register for one training.
Eligibility: Long-term care staff
FREE ($80 fee covered through a B.C. Ministry of Health grant).
Access the e-learning course through the Alzheimer Society of B.C.'s online learning platform over a three-week period, with weekly requirements (averaging two hours per week) and a mandatory one-hour Zoom webinar.
